Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Axxvion collects, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Axxvion ("Axxvion", "we", "us" or "our") develops native software for macOS, iOS and iPadOS. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our applications, our website and our services (together, the "Services"). It applies to everyone who uses our Services.
We designed our Services around a simple principle: collect as little personal information as possible, keep it safe, and never sell it. Where an individual app has practices that differ from this general policy, we disclose them on that app's App Store product page and in the app itself.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
We ask that you do not send us sensitive personal information (for example, health, financial account numbers or government identifiers) unless it is strictly necessary and we have specifically requested it.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our Services; and compliance with legal obligations.
We share information only in limited circumstances:
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store, and purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. When you buy or subscribe, Apple handles your payment information — we do not receive your full payment details. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Many of our apps also use Apple technologies such as Sign in with Apple, iCloud and CloudKit, which are designed to keep your data private and under your control.
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Diagnostic and usage data is generally retained in aggregated or anonymised form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
We take the protection of your information seriously and use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, the Apple Secure Enclave and Keychain for sensitive data on device, access controls, and a strong preference for on-device processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and continually improve our protections.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@axxvion.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
